What we collect

  • Details you give us in a quote request: your name, phone number, email, suburb or postcode, the service you're interested in and, if you choose, your approximate power bill.
  • Details you give us when you call or email us.
  • Information about how you use this website, collected by Google Analytics using cookies (for example, pages visited and the type of device used). This does not identify you by name.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out your installation.
  • To complete approvals and rebate paperwork for your installation, such as network connection applications and Small-scale Technology Certificates.
  • To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where it's needed to do the above, including with:

  • Service providers that run our website and email (for example our web host and email delivery provider).
  • Google, for website analytics.
  • Your electricity distributor, equipment manufacturers and the bodies that administer rebates, when you proceed with an installation.

Some of these providers may store information on servers outside Australia.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
